Learn to Lift Class

Have you ever went into a gym where the weights and equipment scares you?  That you don’t know what to do or how to lift? Or maybe you want to brush up on your technique?  Well this may be the class for you.

The class are available on the following days: 

 

MONDAY – WEDNESDAY – FRIDAY

7.15pm – 8.15pm

TUESDAY AND THURSDAY

7AM- 8AM

Olympic weightlifting class

These classes focus on the technique of the Snatch and the Clean and Jerk, and the assistance exercises associated with these.  The class is taken by Neil who is a qualified British Weightlifting Level1 and UKSCA Level 2.

These classes take place on:

Saturdays:  9am

Wednesdays :  7.30pm

Your first class is FREE then £10.00 per class thereafter.
