A bit about me …
Hi, I’m Neil. I was a latecomer to the fitness industry, going back to further education in 2002 at the age of 38. Following qualification, I then worked as a Strength and Conditioning coach at Cricket Scotland, Scottish Rugby (where I coached the Women’s squads), Boroughmuir Rugby and on West Lothian’s Excellence in School Sports Programme.
In 2011 I took up personal training and formed my own business.
I have a wealth of experience of coaching both women and men, young and old, and can supply all your requirements to get you strong, fit and healthy. My approach adopts the best methods from strength and conditioning using tried and tested exercises.
My main passion is strength training, but I can cater for any goal.
I also run Olympic weightlifting classes. These classes focus on the technique of the Snatch and the Clean and Jerk, and the assistance exercises associated with these. These take place on Saturdays at 9am and Wednesdays at 7.30pm here at The Bodybuilding and Fitness Gym.
In addition, I can also provide nutritional advice that is individualised, no nonsense, fad free and best suited to help you reach your goals.
