Learn to Lift Class

Have you ever went into a gym where the weights and equipment scares you?  That you don’t know what to do or how to lift? Or maybe you want to brush up on your technique?  Well this may be the class for you.

The class are available on the following days: 

 

Monday & Wednesday

7 pm – 8 pm

 

Classes are free for members! For non members first class is FREE then £10.00 per class thereafter.
